NOTE - The booking system is limited to 3 items at a time, if more needed, make another booking. Or message me via below link and I'll book it in manually.
NOTE - Each item allocates a time slot, more items in one booking means more time needed and there may not be enough time left to let you book that day, or too many items all together. you can make separate bookings spread over multiple days or message me and I'll book it in manually.
NOTE - Emergency work available +$40 fee - If you need work done asap, and I'm booked up then select "Emergency work" under location when booking online, or email and I'll stay after hours, but a $40 fee applies on top of service fee.

Drop off options
1 Drop off your suspension or bike to my workshop; First book via the booking link, arrange a time with me to drop off your suspension/bike, this can be important as being a solo mechanic I am not always at the workshop, I could be picking up a kid from daycare or gone for a ride! If I am not around, you can leave it with the team at Rider 18 bike shop next door. 60 Vanguard St, opposite New World, I am behind Rider 18 bike shop, go into their carpark and you will see me there.
2 Post it in; Book your time slot via booking link, then package up your suspension and post it to Nelson Suspension, 60 Vanguard st, Nelson 7010. To arrive before your booking.

Removal Fee $20 per bike - If you would prefer to drop off the whole bike and have me remove & re-install the shocks - Please select when booking

I have the FOX genuine fork bushing sizing tool kit! + Rockshox 38, 35 & 32 heads to have all forks covered.
Fork bushings should be re-sized at least once in their life to confirm they aren't to tight for upper stanchions to slide in.
The feeling once serviced & sized for the first time can be night and day depending on how they left the factory
