This is a new system for us, there may be some kinks to iron out, please let us know if you spot somethings not right or have any feedback.

TIPS for booking;

1, If your not sure what you want, no stress, just book a general labour - 1hr, Scroll to the bottom & write in any details of the work needed, pick a day, fill in your contact details & we can manually adjust the booking at our end to suit.

2, You are not locked in to the services booked, you are basically securing your appropriate time slot & then billed or quoted appropriately once the bikes in the workshop. 

3, Your more than welcome to come and see us and book in person or flick us an email with any questions and we will book you in manually after that.

Drop off options

1 Drop off your suspension or bike to our workshop; First book via the booking link, arrange a time with me to drop off your suspension/bike, this can be important as being a solo mechanic I am not always at the workshop, I could be picking up a kid from daycare or gone for a ride! If I am not around, you can leave it with the team at Rider 18 bike shop next door. 60 Vanguard St, opposite New World, I am behind Rider 18 bike shop, go into their carpark and you will see me there.

2 Post it in; Book your time slot via booking link, then package up your suspension and post it to Nelson Suspension, 60 Vanguard st, Nelson 7010. To arrive before your booking.
