Correct, although NCT has a few other people helping out. Both are two different style businesses. So I try keep them apart to make things less confusing. Each has their own website so you can see everything more clearly

Yes. I provide a 2 month warranty on any work I do. For example: a shock blows a seal or doesn't hold air - things like that that relate to the service I carried out. I will cover freight & any extra cost involved in getting it back to me to re-do.

If your shock snaps in half that's most likely not my fault so not covered.
