Have your fork bushings been sized properly yet?
I have the FOX genuine fork bushing sizing tool kit! + Rockshox 38, 35 & 32 heads to have all forks covered.
Fork bushings should be re-sized at least once in their life to confirm they aren't to tight for upper stanchions to slide in.
The feeling once serviced & sized for the first time can be night and day depending on how they left the factory
Bushing sizing is a $35 extra add on to a 50hr lower or 125hr full service

Can I drop off at your workshop?
My main workshop other than my van is not available for the public to visit. This allows me to be more efficient with the time I have on the tools & I can focus on the job at hand, as suspension can get very fiddly & requires my full attention.
Are you the same guy as Nelson Cycle Tech that sells IBIS Cycles & builds wheels?
Correct, although NCT has a few other people helping out. Both are two different style businesses though, so I try keep them apart to make things less confusing. Each has their own website so you can see everything more clearly
Do you provide a warranty on your work?
Yes. I provide a 2 month warranty on any work I do. For example: a shock blows a seal or doesn't hold air - things like that that relate to the service I carried out. I will cover freight & any extra cost involved in getting it back to me to re-do.
If your shock snaps in half that's most likely not my fault so not covered.
